DLR’s PM Program extends the life of laboratory equipment through detailed mechanical inspection, NIST-certified calibration, and documented results for your records.

Silver Star Service Program
Our Silver Star Service Program builds on the PM Program by including loaner cold‑storage units, full coverage of travel, labor, and replacement parts, unlimited support, and same‑day onsite service during standard business hours.

Gold Star Service Program
DLR’s Gold Star Service Program provides comprehensive, worry-free maintenance by combining both the PM and Silver Star Service Programs with full parts and labor coverage as well as 24/7, 365 access to loaner freezers.
